Q: What's the difference between single-speed and dual-speed?
A: Single-speed runs at one fixed lifting speed — ideal for straightforward material handling where precision isn't critical. Dual-speed adds a slow "inching" mode (typically 1/5 of full speed), which is essential for mold alignment, engine mating, and any task requiring millimeter-level control.
Q: What does G80 chain mean, and why does it matter?
A: G80 is an international grade standard with a minimum break stress of 800 N/mm². G80 chain is heat-treated, calibrated for precise pitch, and each link is proof-tested to 4× the working load limit. Lower grades (G43, G70) wear faster and carry higher risk under frequent heavy cycles — G80 is the industry benchmark for powered hoist applications.
Q: Can this hoist be used outdoors?
A: Standard IP54 protection handles occasional splashing and dust ingress. For permanent outdoor or coastal installation, we recommend upgrading to C4/C5 anti-corrosion coating and adding a rain cover for the motor housing. Share your site conditions with our team for a tailored recommendation.
Q: How do I determine the right beam flange width for the trolley?
A: Measure your existing I-beam flange width and thickness with a caliper. Our trolley has an adjustable range — provide the measurement when ordering. If you're designing a new beam system, we can recommend standard I-beam profiles that fit without modification.
Q: What are the MOQ and lead time?
A: Sample orders: 1 unit accepted. Bulk orders: 10 units MOQ. Lead time: 15–25 days for standard models, 25–40 days for custom voltage or extended lifting height configurations.
Q: Do you supply spare parts and after-sales support?
A: Yes. We stock load chains, brake discs, contactors, pendant controllers, trolley wheels, gear sets, and guide rollers. Spare parts ship within 3–5 working days. Technical support is available via email and WhatsApp throughout the warranty period and beyond.
