1. G80 High-Grade Load Chain — Manufactured from hardened alloy steel, the G80 chain delivers high wear resistance under repeated daily lifting. The 3 t model uses a single-fall chain design that reduces friction points, runs more smoothly and extends chain service life.

2. Die-Cast Aluminum Housing — The lightweight die-cast aluminum body dissipates heat efficiently, keeping temperature rise low even during continuous operation — and it makes the hoist easier to mount and maintain.

3. Electromagnetic Brake — The hoist stops and holds the load automatically the moment power is cut off, preventing load slipping and protecting operators and goods.

4. 125% Overload Protection — When the load exceeds 125% of rated capacity, the hoist stops automatically, protecting the motor, the chain and, most importantly, your people.

Q1: What is the difference between a fixed and a trolley-mounted electric chain hoist?

A1: A fixed hoist is bolted to one position and lifts loads vertically at that single point. A trolley-mounted hoist is suspended from a trolley that travels along an I-beam, so it can lift loads and move them horizontally across the bay. Choose fixed for dedicated workstations, and trolley-mounted when you need wide coverage.

A2: A 3 t AMEH hoist is rated for 3,000 kg safe working load, with 125% overload protection that stops the hoist automatically if the load exceeds rated capacity.

Q3: Can an electric chain hoist be mounted stationary?

A3: Yes. The fixed-type AMEH is designed to be bolted directly to a beam, gantry or support frame for stationary single-point lifting.
